Ismael Koroma is a broadcaster and a contributor in some local newspapers in Sierra Leone. Ismael is currently the Programmes Editor of Cotton Tree News in Sierra Leone operated by Fondation Hirondelle.

Prior to his present appointment as CTN’s Programmes Editor. Mr Koroma was a Radio Producer and Presenter at Radio UNAMSIL, the mouthpiece of the then UN Peacekeeping mission in the country which was later renamed UN Radio in Sierra Leone. He also worked as a Consultant Producer of Voice of Children in UNAMSIL’s Public Information Section. Before joining the radio world, he worked extensively in the print media as a reporter and later Editor in some local newspapers.

Mr Koroma is a caring and loving gentleman. He has a great passion for his family and friends, especially his sisters Zainab, Aminata and Rashida. He is single and searching for a wonderful, educated and caring wife and a beautiful daughter.
