Brima Davies joined CTN from United Nations Radio in Sierra Leone where he worked as a Technician and he is presently the web publisher and IT Manager for CTN. Brima studied Information Technology, Website Developer and also CISCO Networking at IPAM, University of Sierra Leone. He has a long standing interest in information systems and has a wealth of experience in web development. The greatest challenge in managing the web site is transforming the news into a web format and keeping the site up to date with breaking news and current audio files. Freetown is also plagued by a slow internet connection which makes uploading and sending the files for shortwave difficult at times. Brima lives in Central Freetown, an avid Arsenal fan, and he enjoys hip hop music and African food.
