Mr. Mambu said the campaign was geared towards working with the Freetown City Council in carrying out its devolved function of the Primary Health Care service delivery.Mr. Mambu said the role of the Health for All Coalition would be to monitor drugs supplied to hospitals. Councilor Gibril Ibrahim Kanu, Deputy Mayor of Freetown said the council’s partnership with the Health for All Coalition would help to foster effective service delivery.
