The Minister of Agriculture Forestry and Food Security Dr. Joseph Sam Sesay informed journalists during a press briefing in Freetown. Dr. Sesay said some of the tractors would be sold while the others would be available for hire.He said his ministry’s aim was not only to attain food sufficiency but also to commercialize agriculture.  He said the government was working to make agriculture an income generating venture, a source for industrial trading, and to promote the diversification of agricultural productivity and research services.
