Another drugs theft: two arrested in Bo

Police in Bo have arrested two people accused of   stealing drugs from the Bo Government   Hospital.

A senior police officer in Bo, Inspector Augustine Kabia said the two suspects- Joseph Sandi a dispenser at the hospital and one Mustapha Mansaray, a resident of Mac Robert Street in Bo were arrested by two cleaners who later handed them over to the police.

 

Mustapha was allegedly found in possession of 120 bottles of Flagyl syrups meant for the Free Healthcare Scheme.

Reports say the suspects have been frequenting the hospital especially during odd hours.

Mustapha claimed that the drugs were given to him by Joseph Sandi, who works at the hospital as a dispenser.
